Begin your visit with a guided 45-50 minute tour of our modern distillery and brewery, where you’ll gain a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the art of crafting beer and whisky. Along the way you’ll sample both, and discover the key steps in their creation. Tours run most days at 11:15 am (pre-booking required, minimum of 2 guests). Please arrive 15 minutes early and wear closed shoes.
After your tour, relax and indulge in a leisurely set two-course lunch in our beautiful restaurant. Nestled within 4 acres of landscaped gardens, it’s the perfect setting to unwind, savour seasonal dishes prepared with care, and soak up the tranquil surroundings. Whether you’re toasting a special occasion or simply enjoying a day out, the combination of delicious food, refreshing drinks and a stunning garden outlook makes for an unforgettable experience.
